Fillmore District has long been a source of musical innovation and inspiration. Cadence for Change honors that legacy by expanding access to exceptional musical mentorship and welcoming creative spaces that encourage participation, cultivate ensembles, inspire original work, foster collaboration, engage audiences, and strengthen communities.
